  • 2 teaspoons flaxseed meal
  • 1 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 3 4 cups all target flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 2 teaspoon salt

  • spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray set aside
