Panada is a thick flour sauce often served as soon as meat and gravy.

The ingredient of Panada

  • 100g butter chopped
  • 3 4 cup plain flour
  • 2 1 4 cups milk

The Instruction of panada

  • melt butter in a saucepan more than medium heat accumulate flour cook stirring for 1 minute do not brown separate from heat
  • gradually build up milk whisking until the end of time until combined return pan to medium heat cook whisking constantly for 3 to 4 minutes or until sauce comes to the boil cook stirring constantly for a other 2 minutes
