The ingredient of Tea Jelly

  • 50 ounces water
  • 4 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 2 grams agar or powdered gelatin

The Instruction of tea jelly

  • fill 2 tea balls and place them in a pot filled with water
  • place over heat and allow to infuse a little longer than usual
  • add the agave syrup
  • remove the tea balls
  • add the agar
  • continue heating for a few minutes while whisking in order to dissolve the agar pour into containers
